Welcome to TRAYSITEK, a digital ride-booking platform that connects passengers (“Users” or “Riders”) with independent tricycle drivers (“Drivers”) through a mobile application and related services.

By accessing or using the TRAYSITEK Rider App or Driver App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• “TRAYSITEK” refers to the application, website, and services operated by TRAYSITEK.

• “User / Rider” refers to a person requesting transportation services.

• “Driver” refers to an independent tricycle operator using the platform to accept ride requests.

• “Ride” refers to a transportation service requested through the app.

• “Vehicle” refers specifically to a registered tricycle approved on the platform.

3. Nature of the Service

TRAYSITEK is a technology platform only.

• TRAYSITEK does not own, operate, or manage tricycles.

• Drivers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of TRAYSITEK.

• TRAYSITEK does not guarantee ride availability, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

4. Account Registration

4.1 User Accounts

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

4.2 Driver Accounts

Drivers must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Hold a valid driver’s license

• Own or operate a legally registered tricycle

• Submit required documents (license, vehicle details, permits)

• Maintain updated and truthful records

TRAYSITEK reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any account.

5. Ride Booking and Use

For Riders:

• Ride requests are subject to driver availability

• Estimated fares are shown before confirmation

• Riders must behave respectfully and lawfully

• Riders must not carry illegal goods or substances

For Drivers:

• Drivers may accept or decline ride requests

• Drivers must follow traffic laws and safety regulations

• Drivers must provide safe, clean, and roadworthy tricycles

• Discrimination, harassment, or misconduct is strictly prohibited

6. Fares and Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, or local pricing rules

• Payment methods may include cash, digital wallet, or in-app payment

• TRAYSITEK may collect a service or platform fee

• Drivers are responsible for applicable taxes and government fees

TRAYSITEK may update pricing or fees at any time.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Riders may be charged a cancellation fee for late cancellations

• Drivers who frequently cancel or fail to show up may face penalties

• Abuse of the cancellation system may result in account suspension

8. Ratings and Feedback

• Riders and Drivers may rate each other

• Ratings must be honest and respectful

• TRAYSITEK may take action based on low ratings or repeated complaints

9. Safety and Conduct

Users and Drivers agree to:

• Act responsibly and respectfully

• Follow local traffic and transport laws

• Avoid physical, verbal, or sexual harassment

• Not use the platform for illegal activities

TRAYSITEK may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

10. Insurance and Liability

• Drivers are solely responsible for vehicle insurance and compliance

• TRAYSITEK does not provide transportation insurance unless explicitly stated

• TRAYSITEK is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages during rides

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• TRAYSITEK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Use of the platform is at your own risk

• TRAYSITEK does not guarantee driver behavior or ride outcomes

12. Suspension and Termination

TRAYSITEK may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated

• Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is detected

• Safety risks are identified

• False information is provided

Users may stop using the service at any time.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and app features belong to TRAYSITEK.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

14. Privacy

Use of TRAYSITEK is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

15. Modifications to the Terms

TRAYSITEK may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.
